Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify a comparison of the polygamy regulations in Morocco and Indonesia with regard to the fulfillment of requirements in the application, sanctions imposed and justice for a wife. and justice for the wife. This research uses comparative legal method based on a previous review of family law in Indonesia and Morocco. applicable in Indonesia and Morocco.
