Analisis Kesiapan Guru Madrasah Aliyah dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka : Studi Kasus di MAN 2 Garut Jawa Barat

Abstract

This research began with the results of the author's observations of curriculum implementation at MAN 2 Garut. The majority of teachers at MAN 2 Garut do not understand the concept of an independent curriculum and do not appear ready to implement an independent curriculum. The aim of this research is to see how prepared teachers are in facing the implementation of the independent curriculum. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, with analytical descriptive methods. The research results show good understanding results for implementing the independent curriculum, in the aspect of understanding the concept of the independent curriculum and in the aspect of implementing learning and assessment, which means that the teachers at MAN 2 Garut have good readiness to implement the independent curriculum in their madrasah. Meanwhile, the understanding aspect of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students shows quite good results, which means that teachers at MAN 2 Garut are quite ready to carry out the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students even though in some cases they still do not understand the implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students.
